Tammy is an employee relations specialist with a union background. She started with the Together Learning Trust at the end of February 2023. She has experience of working in HR in Sixth Form Colleges and schools. She is currently studying towards level 5 CIPD.

Tammy is passionate about employee relations and helping to create a positive working environment for all staff. She is skilled in managing sickness absence and other employee relations issues. She is also experienced in coaching and supporting line managers with policies and procedures.

Tammy is a valuable member of the Trust team. She is always willing to go the extra mile to help her colleagues. She is a positive and supportive person who is always looking for ways to improve the working environment. She started her career as a union representative for a large trade union during which time she gained extensive experience in representing employees in a variety of workplace disputes. Tammy has also worked as an HR advisor for a Sixth Form College. In this role, she was responsible for providing advice and support to staff on a range of HR issues, including employee relations, recruitment and selection, and training and development. She is currently studying towards level 5 CIPD. The CIPD is the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, and its level 5 qualification is one of the most respected HR qualifications in the UK.

Tammy is a highly skilled and experienced employee relations specialist. She is passionate about her work and is always looking for ways to improve the working environment for her colleagues. She is a valuable asset to the Trust team.
