Chris is local man with over 20 years of experience in the specialist staffing industry, he has focused much of his attention on Learning & Development.

In the last five years, Chris has been instrumental in aligning learning and development interventions to apprenticeship programs, playing a key role in the redeployment and development of aviation apprentices who found themselves without a career or job due to industry pressures. Through his efforts, he has supported the development of over 100 engineering apprentices.

As the Head of Corporate Social Responsibility for a London-based specialist staffing organisation, he has recently been driven to engage and influence early career talent, providing employability opportunities for those who find themselves out of work. He is passionate about driving change in social mobility and helping younger generations learn about careers in STEM.

Moreover, he is devoted to giving back to the community through charity and volunteering events. With his expertise and dedication to making a difference, he is committed to ensuring that his organisation gives back to the communities in which they do business.

He is a STEM Ambassador and member of the Yorkshire and Humber Apprenticeship Ambassador Network. And not forgetting, the World Yorkshire Pudding Champion!

Chris joined Together Learning Trust in February 2023.
