Olivia was appointed to her current role in September 2022. She has 16 years experience working with school data and MIS systems, and has been data manager at The Brooksbank School since 2016.

As Director of Data, Olivia’s role is to develop data and intelligence management systems within Together Learning Trust. Fundamentally, her goal is to make people’s lives easier.

Olivia enjoys working with schools to design new data systems and identify where existing data systems can be improved. She cares about making information accessible and user friendly, to help to reduce data related workloads and to inform decision making at school and MAT level.
