Natalie is a friendly and supportive HR professional who supports the senior leadership teams to develop and maintain high performing cultures and employee engagement. She holds a part level 7 CIPD qualification focused on leading, managing and developing people and developing skills for business leaders.
She offers pragmatic and compliant employee relations advice across a range of employee relations issues, including policy development and revision. She manages a talented team who are focused on delivering the best 'people' service; covering recruitment and onboarding, general HR services and employee relations, TUPE, benefits and reward.
Natalie has a passion for developing high performing cultures that help support employees to realise their full potential, whilst giving leaders the framework they need to lead and reward their talent.
