Janine joined Together Learning Trust in October 2022 as Director of Business, Operations and Compliance.

Janine has worked within the education sector for over 20 years and prior to joining TLT was the Business Manager in a single academy trust. Janine has a broad knowledge of school Finance, Health and Safety, Risk Management, Governance and Compliance and holds the Advanced Diploma in School Business Management through NCSL. She is experienced in supporting schools, offering expertise in mentoring staff with their ‘back office’ functions, and understands the day-to-day realities of schools and the many ‘hats’ staff wear.

In her role, Janine has a wide and varying remit, providing our schools with strategic business and operational support, ensuring the efficient and effective use of Trust resources including estates management and project management, tailored to meet the individual needs of our schools.
