Kelly joined the Together Learning Trust in 2023, bringing with her a wealth of experience from her previous roles in schools across Manchester and Bolton. Over the years, Kelly has developed a strong track record in education, with a focus on curriculum development, staff management, and improving student outcomes.

Her career has seen her take on a variety of leadership positions, including Further Education Engagement Officer, Head of Year, Head of Key Stage, Whole School Literacy Coordinator, and Head of English. These roles have provided her with invaluable insights into the inner workings of schools, as well as the best strategies for fostering a positive, dynamic learning environment.

Kelly holds a BA in Classics & History from the University of Manchester and has further enhanced her leadership skills by completing both the NPQML (National Professional Qualification for Middle Leadership) and NPQSL (National Professional Qualification for Senior Leadership).

One of Kelly’s greatest passions is curriculum development. She thrives on designing and implementing innovative curricula that meet the diverse needs of students, ensuring that every child has the opportunity to succeed. Equally, Kelly is deeply committed to the professional growth of her colleagues. She has led numerous initiatives to improve teaching practices, offering tailored CPD opportunities and helping staff refine their pedagogy to create the best possible learning experiences for their students.
